I'm guessing I lost about .5lb because I forgot to weigh this morning and didn't gain with clothes on, so I'm guessing I lost at least .5, it's whatever, I had pizza and a vodka/diet coke last night so I feel like that was good.
Our air-conditioner is broken which is illegal! in the state of Arizona.
I halfway feel like calling the cops and forcing them to get it fucking fixed, but I'm not the call the cops kind of person, I'm lazy.
Here's what I ate today (I was out all day so I did the best I could):
McDonald's Bacon Ranch Salad - 230 cals
Subway Grilled chicken salad - About 130 cals
Half of a Subway White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut cookie - 110 cals
Oh and a few drinks of Minute Maid Light Pomegranate Lemonade - 5 cals
Total: 475 cals
Let's make it 515, It's hot and I'm going to have a Fudgsicle =]

Yes, that's right DOWN 4 POUNDS BEE-OTCHES!!! OVERNIGHT!

Feeling good.
I was mentally starving last night, but now I feel like I can rule the world. That's the one thing this diet is awesome because of, INSTANT RESULTS AND REWARDS FOR BEING GOOD! I only went over 500 cals by 10 cals, which is great for me.
I might skip the eggs this morning, it took me forever to eat the egg whites yesterday, and I almost gagged like 4 times, egg whites are gross unless they're made into a sandwich with toast.
I'll update later, I'm going to have an orange I've been up 2 hours without anything to eat.

I just need to last on these pellets until I can get up to my dad's and get my HCG or until our shipment of HCG comes in down here. Then I'll be back on the real juice and get this weight off.
I would really like to get to at least 200# by the end of summer. I didn't make my 225 by July goal because I really got sick of dieting and needed a break, but BREAK IS OVER DAMNIT! SO I need to get my ass in gear and start getting this weight OFF!!!
I'm going to do a round until August 25th, go to P3 for 2 weeks and then MY CHALLENGE: The Skinnier By Halloween Challenge.

So, if I can make it to 200# by Halloween, not only will I be ECSTATIC, but I will actually buy either a skanky/girly Halloween costume, OR, I will buy clothes that can be made into a cute Halloween costume.
I usually just wear some raggy clothes and wear makeup and fake blood to look dead.
Also, I started a Food Blog: See Here, which is going to be put on a back burner, because as you know, you can't go out and EAT on HCG!!!! I'm going to try VERY HARD, to stick to 500 calories as close as possible....Which sometimes goes up to 650 depending on what I eat....But I'm going to try to stay as low as I can (closest to 500).

It's been a while.... (UPDATED)
And I've gained a few pounds but I'm not worried about it in the least.
I've been staying up too late, and in turn I have not been taking my Apidexin.
Sooooo, I'm thinking about starting P2 again tomorrow....But I really don't want to do the hhcg pellets again, I'm afraid of being hungry, and of my hair falling out again. I wouldn't be so worried if I did the Apidexin with the pellets, but I don't wake up early enough to take it! I could just take one and that might be ok....If I wake up early enough tomorrow, I'll try it and see how it goes.
I will be attempting to only having protein shakes with fruit, this doesn't work out so well with the hhcg though, I get hungry. So, with the 600-800 cal protocol in mind, I will have a 4oz steak for dinner if I get hungry towards the end of the day.
So I guess that's it, and I should be getting some HCG (Rx) before the end of the month, which will make it soooooooo much easier for me to stick with it. I LOVE INJECTIONS, and it's THE BEST WAY, the do HCG. I don't care what all the HHCG THUMPERS say, there is no susbstitute for the real thing.

Decided to stay up all day today (ddn't get to sleep last night), so I'm going to hold off on starting P2 until another day, but I'm going to take 3 Apidexin with hopes that it will make me stay up until a normal bedtime. Then hopefully I'll get up at a normal time from now on so I can do the HHCG and Apidexin.
I'm thinking about doing Vlogs. My YouTube name is Queenrilly.
I don't know if doing it from my phone would work or not, it might with this new phone and then I could upload and edit from the computer..... I don't know. I guess it would be cool, but I feel like it would make me turn into every other idiot on the internet. And I would have to turn into one of those people who whore their YouTube accounts all over Facebook and Twitter.... I guess it's not much different as my blog though. I'd just have to write a script or something...
My voice totally sucks on video though...

Only gained 2# over weekend of bad foods!
If you haven't noticed yet, I got the computer back online =D
Well I didn't....but, the internet is working once again.
Today I'm doing a protein/protein shake day. I'll have my normal 2 shakes, and maybe a steak or chicken for dinner. That should give a great loss tomorrow. Possibly even into the 230s if I get lucky.
I meant to take my Apidexin today (because I'm planning on taking it my next bout of hhcg to finish off the bottle. I'll have to remember to take all my pills in the morning, it's too late today unless I feel like staying up until tomorrow,....which I don't.
I had a really weird comment on my last post that I had to delete because I couldn't understand what the hell it said.
Seriously people, learn to type in English.

If you're ever having plumbing problems (like we all do with a high protein diet), get some chinese skinny tea, it's like $3-$4, tastes great, and if you take it before bed (I make a mini-coffee pot full - 5c with 1 teabag), you poo the next day! It's great....Never in my life have I been so excited about going to the bathroom lol.

Well I quit the challenge because I gained and stalled, and I was fed up with it. Too many hcg nazis. So I made my own hcg group for rogues and people who get shit about their goals (like when people are like OMG THATS TOO LOW ARE YOU CRAZY!? Fuck you. That's all I have to say.
So my group is for people that want SUPPORT not judgment.
Did a P2 egg day on Monday, lost 1#, did a Fat Fast day on Tuesday, gained 2.5, did an 800cal day yesterday, and lost the 2.5# I gained from the salt I stupidly took in on the fat fast day. (I ate like half a tub of parmesan cheese lol, 1200mg of salt for the day!
Also I'm probably lighter than 241, but I need to poo! Worst thing about this diet is the not pooing. I did go to the Chinese market and pick up some skinny tea so hopefully that will help. The Thai skinny tea worked wonders on Monday, but I don't know about the Chinese kind.
I'm stopping this round, possibly just an interruption for the weekend, but after the "challenge" I need a break, my mind is melting. I mlneed to get some REAL hcg. This hccg stuff might be working, but it's scary. I don't know if its actually doing anything or if I'm just being anorexic, and my hair is falling out more, which I know is a side effect for some, but it never happened t me before! And never when I was using real rx hcg. Soooooo, that's where I stand. Trying to save enough to buy hcg, syringes, and a bottle of bacteriostatic water, I have a few bottles of it but Jody doesn't know if you should reuse them long after opening. Sooooo I might try it on a vial (I'm planning on getting 2000iu vials) and see what happens. I guess Walmart has good prices on syringes but I don't know if they sell them without a prescription or what, so I think I'll just buy a box from Amazon....
Anyways, still on my phone so I probably wont be updating everyday, but I'll be around.

Day FOUR of 4th of July Challenge - VLCD4
Down another 2.5, total so far: 9.5lbs in 4 days!! Technically 3 actual days of losing, but whatever.
I'm halfway already of my 20lbs goal for this round.
I guess it's proof that when you don't let anything get in your way or make you quit, YOU CAN ACHIEVE GOALS!!
Tomorrow I hope to be to my next mini-goal of 240!
I hope I can keep up this losing at least a little bit. I usually only lose like 12lbs per short round and thats only 3lbs more than what I've already lost. I don't want it to slow down. =[
I'm trying to think of ways to do my next round, like using a liquid diet, or the baby food diet. I always do better about avoiding for when I have only protein shakes, I think that's the hardest thing about the regular Dr. Simeons' protocol, controlling the food, I mean I can do portion control easy, but limiting to 2 meals is the hard part. Even when I'm not hungry I want to snack on something, which is why I just make all my fruits into slushies, it's easier to see it as a snack than part of my entire day's food when it's a slushie.
But for this round I'm chugging along with the original protocol!
And I have to say I'm doing AWESOMELY! Even if it is going to start slowing down drastically.
I still can't believe I'm almost to 240!
After that its 230, and 220, and 210, and 200, and ONEDERLAND!!!!

Day three of 4th of July Challenge - VLCD3
Down another 3.5! SO my loading weight is gone, plus 1 pound =] Back to 244.5!!!
definitely making this POP thing easier to handle. My losses are always really good until I give in and start mega-cheating though, so lets not jix it now. I'm feeling awesome about myself!!!
So for breakfast, I had my coffee smoothie thing, lol.. I hate coffee, but it helps me to make all my drinks into smoothies to get in all of my water for the day, and obviously, IT'S WORKING!!!
I had to re-calculate my weight to see how much per month I have to lose to even get into ONEderland, 21lbs per month!!!! (Ok, that calculation is actually to get to my lowest MINI-GOAL of 120), which I am sooooo DREAMING OF!!!
So I've wasted alot of time because last time I calculated, I think last month, I would have only had to lose 16lbs/month.
SO THERE YOU GO - PROOF THAT NOT ACTIVELY TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT IS A WASTE OF TIME!!!! (when you're as heavy as I am at least)
I think for someone big like me a number is VERY HELPFUL just to be able to see what can be in the future. People are all psycho up on me when they hear my goal is 115. I'm 5'6" and I've had a body scan so I know exactly how tiny my bones are...SCARY. 115 is a number. I'll stop when I feel comfortable with my body. And when I blow all of those nay-sayers out of the water with my newfound BONES. I just want a peek, I know they're in there somewhere....At least I think they are...I've never even had a glimpse of them.
I don't want to be the fat friend. I want to be the skinny bitch that gets all the guys and free drinks. The girl that gets let into VIP just because she's HOT.
Yes, that's going to be me.
Ok I have to pee. AGAIN. Gotta love drinking almost a gallon of water every day.

Day 2 Update
Alright!!! Decided to make my ultimate goal even crazier, i.e.: 108-110LBS!!
That will put me at a UNDERWEIGHT BMI. Which I am paying no heed to, because the BMI is full of shit anyways.
Ok, honestly I'll just stop when I either get tired of dieting or fit into at least a size 5 pants. Which I'm guessing will be around 120lbs.
Also, hung up my ultimate goal Size 5 pants on the wall!
Which seems really weird to me, but I guess alot of people do it to "see" their goal for motivation.
Doing really good today,
Getting ready to have dinner pretty soon.
And I still have a fruit to eat!!

DOWN 3.5LBS!! So, nicely back in the 240s. I hate the 250s, they scare me!!
Hopefully tomorrow all of my loading weight will be gone. I don't know how much hubby lost because our scale battery went dead again and I had to find a new one this morning to weigh in!
So he'll weigh when he gets home. I hope he lost something so he'll feel better about the calorie restriction.
For breakfast I'm having an iced coffee slushy with PureVia.
It's ok, hopefully I'll stay awake until bedtime, instead of like yesterday, where I tried to take a nap but my son was NOT having THAT!
For lunch I'll have an orange or strawberry sorbet/slushy or something.
And have a meat for snack and dinner.
Out of vegetables again, I literally have ONE tomato and HALF of a green bell pepper.. I have to re-check the list, but I don't think bell peppers are on it!
Does a chicken and tomato soup sound good?

Day 1 Update
So I'm blogging right now to keep myself from going crazy and eating stuff I'm not supposed to.
This POP (perfectly on protocol) stuff is hard after you've been doing YOP (your own protocol) for so long! I better have a good loss in the morning, I feel like I'm suffering for no reason right now lol, mostly because of that 6lb loading gain!
I really want a piece of my sugarfree dark chocolate peppermint patties, but I won't. I'll keep trying to think of things to blabber on about until I go to bed! Ok, just kidding, I'm out of things to talk about right now.

This POP (perfectly on protocol) stuff is hard after you've been doing YOP (your own protocol) for so long! I better have a good loss in the morning, I feel like I'm suffering for no reason right now lol, mostly because of that 6lb loading gain!
I really want a piece of my sugarfree dark chocolate peppermint patties, but I won't. I'll keep trying to think of things to blabber on about until I go to bed! Ok, just kidding, I'm out of things to talk about right now.

Day One of 4th of July Challenge - VLCD1
After loading weigh-in: 251.5lbs, I GAINED 6 POUNDS LOADING!!!
So I'm back on the P2 wagon, using my HCG pellets from www.gfchealthproducts.info, and Hubby is doing this round with me, he gained almost 7 pounds!!! And I swear I ate more than him, because he kept eating until he felt sick and the HCG seemed to be working on his hunger better than mine.
Now I'm trying to keep cravings at bay, I'm not hungry but I just want to sit around and stuff my face. So I'm going to be online alot this round, because I have to stay POP (perfectly on protocol), which means NO CHEATING AT ALL.
I hate loading mostly because it ruins my whole mindset and makes it really hard to get back to dieting, loading you have to eat all oyu can and that makes the first few days/weeks of VLCD hard because you have to reset your thinking back to "no you're not hungry - you don't need to eat".
So now I have to get back into my anorexic mindset, "Fat-ass, you don't need that food, you're in control, not the cravings, suck on some ice or something!"

P3 and BORED - Waiting for the Contest to START!
Soooooooooooooooooooooo.....
I've been on "P3" for about a week, and I'm just to 3lbs over LDW (actually I've lost from the technical "LDW" of 247 - I think it was, but I'm going by the lowest weight I got during that week - 243lbs) today. Tomorrow I'm sure that will be back down so I'm not going to freak out and force myself to do a steak day.
PLUS, I have no steak!.... I guess I could do a Fage day, but honestly that stuff makes me sick, it's so thick and tastes like cream cheese.
I only like cream cheese on bagels tyvm, lol..

Moving on, I need to remember to take my Apidexin when I'm not doing the HCG, because I don't want to just stabilize right now, I want to keep losing. Apparently (according to Dr. Al Sears and some other Drs) the chromium in my Apidexin helps you lose weight and build muscle! I never bothered reading up on the actual history of the ingredients, but I was looking up more info about how eating more fat is better for you, and I passed over Dr. Sears' blog on how when chromium is given to pigs they lose fat mass and gain muscle.
Now I'm watching the Drs and they're talking about people being fat an thinking that they're NOT fat.
And skinny people thinking that they ARE fat. LMAO.
The current "overweight" meter was reduced though, making previously "overweight" people "obsese".
I'm currently a "Class 2 Obese" person. My waist is 40". That's only 10" over what "Dr. Oz" says is good.
Everyone has their own fucking idea of what's right.
I think just to prove the bullshit, I'm going to get down to the lowest "healthy weight" for my BMI, i.e.: 115lbs where I will probably look like a walking skeleton. Just to prove the fucking Drs Association or whomever wrong!
Back to the Apidexin topic....
I REALLY NEED TO REMEMBER TO TAKE IT!!
I completely LOVE this stuff. It works. And if it ends up not working someday, it still gives me great energy for random stuff, like exercise, or just cleaning the house. Stuff I normally procrastinate on.
I take 1-2 capsules in the morning usually, sometimes 3, I never get any side effects (like jittery or sick), just the great side effect of FORGETTING TO EAT, lol. And I tend to eat really well, so what I do force myself to eat, probably helps out (right now, stuff like Fage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and tomatoes and bell peppers, chili peppers, etc.) Lots of protein, fat, and fruits and veggies. I might have a couple of tortillas or something, basically I try to stay away from grains and sugars. Which is getting hard because I REALLLY want a bowl of cereal sometimes lol. Luckily right now we're out of milk lol.
OH AND:
My new favorite lotion right now is The Anti-Aging w/ pro-retinol and collegen by Vaseline (big purple bottle), it has the normal collegen lotion smell (pretty nice), leaves you smooth-feeling and not greasy. LOVE IT. I like using collegen lotion (when I can't find or don't bother looking for my Dead Sea lotion) for my stretch marks, and to prevent getting wrinkles.
Te only downside is that the Retinol makes you more susceptible to the sun and sunburns, so you HAVE to make sure you use a sunscreen or clothes that cover your body well, or you WILL burn.
(But if you don't stay out forever, it does help for tanning lol. I'm a great caramel color right now and this time last week I was a ghost.) =]

VLCD7 HHCG - Apidexin Day 16
Up a pound today, but I think it's because I need to go pooooooop.
So I'm going to do the salt water flush tonight, and hopefully in the morning I'll be down to like 239? Come on I can dream!! =P

Yesterday I have the steak and green beans and the like two bites of spaghetti, and 3 cups of SF gello. THEN, I had half a cheese pizza again =P
I'm to the point of not worrying about cheating with fatty things, because it seems like I lose when I eat and gain if I barely eat but eat one wrong thing - I.e.: "cheat" - like my gaining pretzels!!!
I'm a fucking freak, man!
So I went to Wal-Mart last night (DO NOT GO TO WALMART THEIR SHIT IS FUCKING OVERPRICED AS HELL, I SPENT $100 WHEN I COULD HAVE WENT TO FRY'S (Kroger), AND SPENT $50 TOPS!
Anyways I got my protein shakes and I feel much better now that I know exactly what I'm going to eat, instead of eating actual "meals". I love my protein shakes lol. It's like drinking milkshakes constantly for food.











So I'm going to do the salt water flush tonight, and hopefully in the morning I'll be down to like 239? Come on I can dream!! =P

VLCD6 HHCG - Apidexin Day 15
Down 2.5lbs this morning!!!!
3 Apidexin again today.
Yesterday I literally forgot to eat. LOL.
So here's what I ate yesterday:
Chicken
Tomato
Steak
Greek yogurt (fat free)
Strawberries

1 (100 cal) Windmill almond cookie dipped in whole milk

In fact I love all the people In my FB HCG Group - Loving HCG Help. They don't judge the amount of weight you want to lose, or the way you follow protocol. NO FLIPPEN HCG NAZIS!!!! I love it.
And my "HCG Mama" Shelli, is the most awesome and kind lady in the whole world, I love her to death, I really do, she's an amazing women, AND SHE'S ALMOST LOST 100LBS! In....I think about 10-11 months! She's a true inspiration.
I'm going to see if I can round up some new Thinspiration pictures so we'll see what I come up with.....

VLCD5 HHCG - Apidexin Day 14
WOW down 1lb this morning.
The "wow" is because for dinner I spontaneously decided to miniload!
I ate half a 18" cheese pizza, 150g of steak, 100g chicken, 1 tomato, 2 wedges of watermelon, 3 SF gello cups, and half a hotdog. I think my total calories was just over 2000cals.
I'll probably gain tomorrow, so it's whatever, I had a really bad day yesterday, I was so stressed and depressed, I didn't eat out of that stress, but I decided I wanted pizza and I had my pizza. So there it is.
Ok, I'm watching Dr. Oz (not by choice of course)it's a show about cancer, and apparently every fucking thing in the world is going to kill us.
1st to avoid cancer: STOP BEING FAT, yes of course that's their number one. I think I've seen more skinny people actually have cancer than fat people.
2nd: Don't cook your meat! It's better to get salmonella and mad cow disease than to have cancer you know.
3rd: Stay away from hotdogs and bacon; eat lost of green food and soybeans!
That's just fucking terrific. FUCK OFF AND DIE DOCTOR OZ, according to your show you've probably been dead for the past 20 years and didn't know it yet!
Oh great now he's onto varicose veins.
I wonder how fast those will kill me!
Anyways,
I'm going to be POP (perfectly on protocol) all weekend if Hubby doesn't fricken drive me completely insane....or the BOOB, who seems to be worse than usual lately.
I'm expecting to be on this round until 4th of July, and then do my P3 and do a cycle of injections (10-14 days with a vial of HCG 2000iu), starting around July 25 or so, if I feel comfortable waiting I'll probably wait until August 1st. But you know me, I get addicted to losing weight and feel like a fat cow when I'm not trying to get thinner. So thats where it stands. I probably will never stop for long until I get to at least a size 10.
My ultimate goal as of now is to fit into those size 5 skinny jean my NIL (niece in law) gave me the other day for my wall. (Lots of people have like a visible goal pair of clothes or something hanging on their wall or closet door or whatever, you know? I don't have money to buy a pair of pants I'll probably never wear, so I got a pair from my hubby's niece lol.
