What I Ate 7/28/11

Breakfast:
3 egg whites and 1 egg yolk
1 small/medium orange

Lunch:
4 small meatballs
3/4 crown of broccoli

Dinner/Snacks:
2 Hunt's SF gello
1 SF Fudgcicle
1 small/medium orange


Total Calories: 515

I feel like I didn't get enough protein in today, so I'm going to see how the morning goes, and tomorrow I'm going to either up the meat intake or replace it with shakes, like I might have a coffe/protein shake for breakfast tomorrow instead of the eggs.
