Day TWO of 4th of July Challenge - VLCD2

DOWN 3.5LBS!! So, nicely back in the 240s. I hate the 250s, they scare me!!
Hopefully tomorrow all of my loading weight will be gone. I don't know how much hubby lost because our scale battery went dead again and I had to find a new one this morning to weigh in!
So he'll weigh when he gets home. I hope he lost something so he'll feel better about the calorie restriction.

For breakfast I'm having an iced coffee slushy with PureVia.
It's ok, hopefully I'll stay awake until bedtime, instead of like yesterday, where I tried to take a nap but my son was NOT having THAT!

For lunch I'll have an orange or strawberry sorbet/slushy or something.

And have a meat for snack and dinner.

Out of vegetables again, I literally have ONE tomato and HALF of a green bell pepper.. I have to re-check the list, but I don't think bell peppers are on it!
Does a chicken and tomato soup sound good?
It doesn't to me, but I don't have any other veggies to put in a soup!

I hope Friday comes fast.
Oh, I guess it will because it's already WEDNESDAY! I was totally jsut thinking it was Tuesday, because I usually start VLCDs on Mondays.

I haven't been studying my Thai this week, I just don't feel up to it right now, and I don't like fighting with my son when I'm doing my lesson, because he tries to "help" and pushes tons of buttons while I'm trying to do a lesson, maybe if he ever takes a nap!


Ok off to find some thinspo, God knows I need it for this POP crap!!!
