Day FOUR of 4th of July Challenge - VLCD4

Down another 2.5, total so far: 9.5lbs in 4 days!! Technically 3 actual days of losing, but whatever.
I'm halfway already of my 20lbs goal for this round.
I guess it's proof that when you don't let anything get in your way or make you quit, YOU CAN ACHIEVE GOALS!!
Tomorrow I hope to be to my next mini-goal of 240!
I hope I can keep up this losing at least a little bit. I usually only lose like 12lbs per short round and thats only 3lbs more than what I've already lost. I don't want it to slow down. =[

I'm trying to think of ways to do my next round, like using a liquid diet, or the baby food diet. I always do better about avoiding for when I have only protein shakes, I think that's the hardest thing about the regular Dr. Simeons' protocol, controlling the food, I mean I can do portion control easy, but limiting to 2 meals is the hard part. Even when I'm not hungry I want to snack on something, which is why I just make all my fruits into slushies, it's easier to see it as a snack than part of my entire day's food when it's a slushie.

But for this round I'm chugging along with the original protocol!
And I have to say I'm doing AWESOMELY! Even if it is going to start slowing down drastically.


I still can't believe I'm almost to 240!
After that its 230, and 220, and 210, and 200, and ONEDERLAND!!!!
