VLCD6

Apparently the cantaloupe yesterday was a bad idea. Goose egg today (no loss & no gain).

Today I have a job interview with ULTA at 4:30p, hope it goes well, but not really worried about since I just did the application for kicks, not for an actual job, or results, but it would be nice to get out of the house. Even for work. Plus, I love beauty products lol, it should just be like my old job at TradeSecret. I think my friend Paige worked there at one time. (ULTA I mean)
I think the interview's at 4:30p, I'm going to call ahead to make sure it's not 4p.
I still need to find the car keys too lol.

SO ANYWAYS:
Michelle and I are going to do POP (perfectly on protocol) for the rest of the week and see how that treats us. Hopefully I'll lose awesomely. HOPEFULLY. =]

VLCD4 ad What I Ate 7/31/2011

Down .5 from my guess of -.5 yesterday. Or I could have stalled yesterday and lost a whole pound today. Don't know, not worried about it.
I weighed at midday and I was down another 1.5#, so I'm hoping that's a good sign for the morning.

I'm thinking of doing a Fage day or Mini-load....fat fast? SOMETHING tomorrow, to jump start my losses again. I'll take a look at P2 correction/cheat ideas right now before I go to bed, I'm having a hard time keeping my eyes open!

Strawberry Protein Shake - 163 cals
Bacon - 70 cals
SF Yogurt - 60 cals

Beef Fajita Filling - 126 cals
2 Corn Tortillas - 105 cals

1 SF Gello Cup - 5 cals

For a total of: 529 calories!

VLCD 1 UPDATE

So today I woke up late, took my pellets, took my Apidexin, ate an orange, and for lunch and dinner I had a protein shake (each) with strawberries and 2 packets of Pure Via (basically Truvia with the texture of Sweet 'N Low).
So I'm pretty much ready for bed and hoping for a big loss in the morning.
If my loss isn't as good as I think it should be I'll skip the Apidexin tomorrow and see if that works.


















Apidexin Day 11 - VLCD w/ HHCG Pellets Day1

Ok so this morning I took my pellets, and then after those were done (about 30 mins later) I took my Apidexin, and then another...well 2 hours lol because it's 2:06pm now, I ate an orange. I have to admit, I did have a bite of banana around the time when I took the Apidexin.

So I'm feeling really good right now, I am sad that I didn't get to make my Alfredo last night because we waited too late to eat and by then it was too late to cook and faster just to get food.
I didn't even eat it all so I also feel guilty for wasting that money, but I guess my son & hubby will eat it throughout the week.

I'm not feeling hungry today, I think as long as I'm doing something (like being online), I don't think about eating, but I am having cravings for the alfredo I didn't get to make.

Tonight for dinner I'm going to make chicken strip fry or something and skip the rice. Also, I'm out of shirataki noodles, so it's going to be a very boring dinner for me, but as long as I lose at least my loading weight tomorrow it will be worth it.
Since it's so late already tonight, I'll have a protein shake in about an hour with strawberries. Maybe I should nix the stir-fry tonight and just make today and protein shake and fruit day.
I'll probably drop 5lbs! lol.

I guess I'll have to think about it.

VLCD7 - finally back on track

So I'm visiting my dad's this week, and let's just say he tends to have an abundance of food.
And then last week at home, well I pretty much ate whatever, but luckily I just stalled, I didn't gain after the initial -1.5.

Yesterday I stayed pretty close to protocol, I had a strawberry protein shake for breakfast (strawberries, water, ice, vanilla protein powder), and I'm down 2.5lbs this morning! YAY!

More proof you cannot cheat (like eating bread items) on this diet, luckily I never tend to gain, but I stall like a mofo, which is discouraging because I have to make up for the weight loss I sacrificied in this week and next. NO CHEATING ANYMORE.
I always tell myself that, and I tend to stray, but as long as I stay away from bread and sugar I shool be fine.

I'll post some thinspiration later on, my phone is acting funky right now though.

Down 3.5lbs!!

Well yesterday was VLCD1, sorry I didn't write anything, I was being lazy most of the day, and then when Omar got home I got a horrible headache. I'll have to start paying attention to when I get my headaches, I'm starting to think it's just him.

Today is VLCD2 and as of this morning I am DOWN 3.5lbs!
I gained 2lbs during loading so I lost that plus 1.5lbs!
I'm excited. (Mostly because I cheated with a tiny bite of lasagna sauce and cheese from hubby's dinner) lol I thought with that one bite I would be sentenced to rot in Fat Hell forever!
But now I have to think about if I didn't take that bite how much would I have lost? Hmmmm? Yes so it's no good to cheat, people!

Yesterday was harder than I thought it would be, but I made it. I actually probably got away with the pasta sauce because I didn't eat all my meat ration.
Here's what I ate:
Apple
Orange
Grissini(2)
140g steak
Asparagus
Radishes

Idk how many calories that comes out to, around 400 I think. No wonder I was hungry. I could have eaten more lol.
Better safe than sorry.
I also drank like 10 cups of tea and got the wrong sweetener so I used Truvia and not Stevia. I thought that alone would make me gain, honestly.

I found out the only really hard thing is not eating everything I give my son to eat lol. He had like 4 oranges, 4 crackers, 1 mini lunchable, 2 half peanutbutter sandwiches, lemonade (with reg sugar since I got the wrong one), 3 grissini, 2 chicken strips....I think that's all. Usually I would eat about half of that because he has a tendency to eat half and walk off lol. Yesterday he ate it all.

I asked Omar to buy me crab but he forgot =(
At least he remembered the strawberries and apples.
