Well yesterday was VLCD1, sorry I didn't write anything, I was being lazy most of the day, and then when Omar got home I got a horrible headache. I'll have to start paying attention to when I get my headaches, I'm starting to think it's just him.
Today is VLCD2 and as of this morning I am DOWN 3.5lbs!
I gained 2lbs during loading so I lost that plus 1.5lbs!
I'm excited. (Mostly because I cheated with a tiny bite of lasagna sauce and cheese from hubby's dinner) lol I thought with that one bite I would be sentenced to rot in Fat Hell forever!
But now I have to think about if I didn't take that bite how much would I have lost? Hmmmm? Yes so it's no good to cheat, people!
Yesterday was harder than I thought it would be, but I made it. I actually probably got away with the pasta sauce because I didn't eat all my meat ration.
Here's what I ate:
Apple
Orange
Grissini(2)
140g steak
Asparagus
Radishes
Idk how many calories that comes out to, around 400 I think. No wonder I was hungry. I could have eaten more lol.
Better safe than sorry.
I also drank like 10 cups of tea and got the wrong sweetener so I used Truvia and not Stevia. I thought that alone would make me gain, honestly.
I found out the only really hard thing is not eating everything I give my son to eat lol. He had like 4 oranges, 4 crackers, 1 mini lunchable, 2 half peanutbutter sandwiches, lemonade (with reg sugar since I got the wrong one), 3 grissini, 2 chicken strips....I think that's all. Usually I would eat about half of that because he has a tendency to eat half and walk off lol. Yesterday he ate it all.
I asked Omar to buy me crab but he forgot =(
At least he remembered the strawberries and apples.
