Yesterday was my first loading day for this round of using pellets.
And: dun da da da! I gained .5lbs.
I probably would have gained more, but I did a salt flush (basically saline laxative), because my stomach has hurt since Friday and I can't figure out what to do to fix it!
I had tuna salad, fried chicken, french fries, mac and cheese, sushi (tune and salmon, cream cheese, avodcado)....I think that's it.
It's not alot, but I was feeling sick all day yesterday so I think it's a pretty good amount since I didn't want to eat any of it besides the sushi, because I LOVE SUSHI!!!
Which is an expensive love to have, but sooo yummy.
I finally decided what to do for my "weight loss tattoo", I'm going to get something all the way down the side of my leg, like this:
With my lost weight numbers hiding throughout, or maybe I'll just do the pretty flowers on one leg and the long addition problem on my other thigh! I don't know, I have alot of time to think about it.
