Alright, so I skipped my Apidexin today, to make sure the pellets were working right, and to make sure I wouldn't be hungry without the Apidexin while using the pellets. Totally NOT hungry. So that's a good thing.
I was still feeling sick, so apparently my stomach ache can't be cured by poo-ing, well see if it goes away once I start the VLCD (very low calorie diet), it might just be because I've been stuffing myself since I overate on that pizza on Friday, which is when the stomach trouble started. I went to bed feeling like shit and here I am all weekend eating fat foods and loading up on them, and I still feel like shit.
Hopefully the clean eating will clear me out. If anything I'll try to stay away from meat tomorrow, just munch on fruits and veggies. Or just have protein shakes.
I got plenty of strawberries, so protein shakes seem like a good idea. I haven't had one in like 3 weeks and I'm kind of nostalgic for one lol.
Now that I have more sweetener I can make my yummy shakes!
I just hope I have a big loss on Tuesday, even if I still feel like shit.
Nothing more to update on tonii......wait, yes there is.
My hubby's neice gave me an old pair of her jeans!!!
Size 5. So my goal is to fit in them around Christmas/New Years.
