And pushing the limits.
Yesterday I lost 2lbs from Tuesday, today I am maintaining from yesterday's 248.5. Which is awesome on the maintenance thing, and stupid on the weightloss thing, lol.
According to my diet tracker thingy, I need to consistantly lose 3lbs/week to hit my goal by like March of next year.
Lucky I'm not completely going by that and I did my own math which says if I lose 16lbs/month I can get to goal by January.
A few days here and there aren't going to mess anything up as long as I make up for it in the future.
OMG, yesterday I TOTALLY PIGGED OUT. Mostly because Hubby didn't do the dishes (I cook, he does dishes, if he doesn't do them he doesn't eat, lol - Well, neither do I but I'm fat so who cares.) Anyways I pigged out. I had 2 greek yogurts, way too much peanut butter (straight out of the jar, and I fricken HATE peanut butter), cantaloupe, strawberries, 3 pieces of bacon, and half of a Totino's party pizza. Then for dinner, we order Hungry Howie's pizza because He didn't feel good so he didn't want to do the dishes, I told him fine, we'll get pizza but you have to do the dishes tomorrow, because we don't have $5 for pizza every night.

So that has to be a nice 2000Kcals! =@
I can't control myself with Hungry Howie's. Yummm.... And it was either that or the other half of the jr of peanut butter. I've got to look for some sugar free peanut butter, maybe that would be a little better for me.
My Apidexin will be here today, so I'll be starting it tomorrow, I'm not expecting miracles, per-say, I just think it will probably keep me out of the dreaded peanut butter jar! And maybe give me enough energy to do my Jenny McCarthy exercise game on the WII, to not notice the fricken PAIN she instills in my joints and muscles!
How I totally LOVE HER for kicking my ass everyday. =D
Seriously though, you HAVE to go out and get the Jenny McCarthy Shape Up game for the WII! It's really annoying (come on move those legs, I dont see your arms moving!), but you get a totally bomb workout in like 15mins, and you can go as long as you want.
I wish I was getting paid to promote that lol.
Nothing else to report on yet today. TOTALLY STOKED FOR MY PILLS TO FINALLY GET HERE!
Oh, and I'm thinking if I get back into the dieting/HCG mindset, I might start again this month in a week or two with my friend Jo, who's also doing P3 right now.
I haven't decided, but if I do decide, I have to not dilly dally on buying the damn pellets. I decided to go with the www.gfchealthproducts.info pellets, just because they're $25, and all I have left on my $100 visa giftcard is $25 left over from the Apidexin.
I and so excited to lose all this weight. I finally noticed yesterday that my stretch marks are coming more together, which makes them more noticable (to me at least), but also means that my skin on my stomach is attempting to go back where it always should have been.
