Down 2lbs from yesterday, still up 1lb from Wednesday.
Hopefully in the morning I'll be down another pound or two to have a pre-loading weight of 245 again, so I'll only have a goal of 20lbs to make by 4th of July weekend!
If I stick to protocol I can make it easy, even without my food scale (I left it at my dad's when I was up there), but I'm pretty good at eyeing the amounts of meat I'm supposed to have. Then again, with the Apidexin helping, I probably won't even have to worry about cheating or overeating!

I re-bleached and colored my hair
I don't know what else to update about.
I'm really excited about loading this weekend! I hope I cen get enough fats/food in!!!
I also hope I can remember to take my pellets, I might have to put a bunch of timers on my phone to remember....
