Dun dun dun....(UPDATED)

Alright, so I didn't take my Apidexin yesterday, and I didn't go into P2, and I DID make Sticky Buns. Yummm. Which means, I ate WAYYY TOOOOO MANNNNYYYY. And gained 3.5# hehehehe.
So worth it, I make awesome sticky buns. It wouldn't have been so bad, but I use regular flour instead of almond or coconut.
I'm going to have to get some almond or coconut flour one of these days so I can try a steak and mug cake day.

So today I'm doing an egg and protein shake day to see if I can get my weight back down, if not I might end up back in P2. I really need a diet break though. So I'll do P3, finish off my HHCG after, do a short P3 and start on the RX HCG....or I could do P3 - Rx- p3 - Homeo.....
Well, I guess I'll decide once I get to that point. When I get bored of food again. =]


Ummmm..... Don't think I have anything else to write about.
I am starting to notice my legs getting smaller. Maybe they just seem smaller, I'll have to measure to find out, but it's encouraging.

UPDATE: 11.52pm
I don't think it was 3.5# gain actually, I think it was 2.5 and I counted wrong.  Either way, a gain.
And I'm expecting another in the morning.
I did good with my eggs all day (4) and then I had a cup of mac & cheese, and for dinner, because we got home so late, I didn't feel like cooking and we got pizza.

So we'll see what tomorrow holds.
