Well today I was awakened with cheeseits so I had a couple (my baby brought cheeseits to my bed and left them there when he woke me up).
Drank water and tea all day.
Had shrimp and beansprouts (I know its not on the list it was the only veggie option where I went aparently)) for a very late lunch (like 6 o'clock).
Came home and had a little chicken and an orange.
(Also snuck some rice crackers, shame on me lol.)
So we'll see if I stall or gain after my variated diet today.
I was still under 500 cals so hopefully the food doesn't bother my body or the hCG.
Yesterday...what did I have...hm...*thinking*
For lunch I had a hamburger patty with mustard and asparagus with a strawberry balsamic reduction and strawberries.
Ate dinner around 8:30pm, was at the mall so we had the Japanese food they have and I had shrimp and cabbage. Luckily this place uses water instead of oil and very light seasoning. (Also stole a couple piece of brocolli when hubby wasn't looking, ooh I'm such a rogue!) So for the most part protocol friendly yesterday.
Lost 1.5lbs
I'm looking into making "Cocoa Crack" or "Cocoa Mug Cake" which are rogue-ish, but from what I've read, hasn't deterred anyone's progress. (Most likely eaten in moderatation)
People do a lot of variating to make this diet more user-friendly, for the most part I will stick to Dr. S' stuff, but sometimes a person gets cravings right?
I'm not a crazy adventurer though.
Some doctors came up with an 800 calorie version and after losing nothing on VCLD3, I'm afraid of even going 20 cals over lol.
Well there's my update. Don't shoot me for cheating a few times, I know there are hCG Nazis out there waiting to pounce.
I am now at 261.5lbs, that is down from my pre-hCG weight of 264.5 and loading weight of 266.5.
It's also down from my February 7th 2011 weight of 272lbs, so in the past two weeks I have lost 10.5lbs! YAY!!!
5 (or 4.5) of those are from the hCG diet in the past 4 days!
