This morning I woke up to a nice loss of 2.5lbs! Woohoo!
I never peed so much in my life as I did yesterday.
And I had to skip my vegetables because I don't have any in the house that are on protocol until payday.
Yesterday I had lots of tea sweetened with truvia, and water.
An apple for a noon snack.
Grilled chicken with curry spices for lunch and dinner. (2pm & 8pm)
An apple for 6pm snack
Cauliflower with dinner (only veggie, even remotely close to any protocol, I had)
Today I had lots of tea and water (not as much as yesterday but I'm still running clear lol)
Chicken (same as yesterday @ 2 & 6 this time) with grilled onion (2 slices)
A couple slices of thin ham (97% fat free 20 calories for 2 slices) don't shoot me because it's not on protocol. I honestly needed the flavor.
An orange each at around 5pm and 8pm.
If I stall I'm just going to accept it, I don't think I will because of my lack of vegetable though.
