Lost .5lb!
Thank goodness I'm preloading or that would really tell me that I need to eat more fat. Hopefully when my mom comes tomorrow I'll be able to get some good ol' fats in my system.
Today I ate:
My famous Sonoran scrambled eggs! (Which have scrambled eggs, bacon, chilis, cilantro, onion, lots of oil and ripped up corn torillas)
3 glasses whole milk
Big bowl of cereal with whole milk
Chicken teriyaki stir-fry with cabbage, chilis, cauliflower, cilantro, and onions
I know, not fatty enough but I'm working on it, REALLY!
Tomorrow the real loading begins!
I also took my measurments today:
Bust: 42
Waist: 41.5
Hips: 53
How about I make a goal for that:
Bust: 34
Waist: 27
Hips: 36
Also, I decided my end goal should be 118lbs (19 BMI)
But, for this round my goal is 237lbs (or more if I'm lucky =D)
That's 23lbs to lose in 23days. Wish me luck!
