Yesterday I didn't lose anything, this weekend I lost 1lb (due to cheating because of a bad hubby that brings home food from work)
By rights I shouldn't have lost anything, I ate a Reuben sandwich yesterday, but I skipped all of my protein, apparently its ok for me to have a little bit of fat.
One of the girls on my facebook group said she loses better with some fat, maybe I'm the same way?
Oh well, I don't think I'll test that right now.
I've done pretty well with my losses, in 8 days I've lose 10.5lbs after loadinging (2lb) so 8.5 from my original weight.
Its really hard to be a mom on this diet.
I find that most of my nibbles and cheats are from my son's leftovers (that I'm used to eating).
And then I have to feed him 3+ times a day, yummy stuff I would usually eat...like sandwiches. I really miss a good old sandwich lol.
I think I miss sushi the most, and pizza. We used to have pizza a lot and before that, sushi, and I miss the flavors.
Oh well 2 more weeks of vlcds and then p3+p4 where I can eat a little more.
